3 Stations Go Live With Bitcentral in The Last 24 Hours

NEWPORT BEACH, CA – April 3, 2013 – Bitcentral, dedicated to open news delivery and the success of its partners, announced today that 3 stations have gone live in the last 24 hours, one of which is the first installation of their CORE:news production system.

Fred Fourcher, CEO of Bitcentral shares his thoughts about this marathon of stations, “I am excited about all the stations moving to Bitcentral’s news production solutions and today was a record with three stations going live. Today is also special because our first station utilizing our new CORE software went live. CORE combines acquisition, editing, asset management, play out and archiving into a streamlined workflow unlike anything else out there. We enable stations to produce news in ways never before possible while making most of their content across all platforms. Bitcentral is known for streamlined and efficient news production and our new CORE software takes this to an entirely new level. Please come see us at NAB and learn more about what CORE and the Bitcentral suite of products can do for your news organization.”

Of the stations that went live today, the company announced this morning that Evansville, IN station WFIE went live on the Bitcentral’s Precis™ news production and playout solution, adding to that event is Jonesboro, AR station KAIT that went live on Precis™ this afternoon as well. The most exciting news of the day and perfect as the company heads to the NAB trade show in Las Vegas is that the city’s very own station KSNV went live with CORE:news – a complete news production, media management, media sharing and media archiving solution.
